# How do I configure public holidays?

## State-declared holidays, replacement holidays, celebratory holidays and special holidays are not included in the configuration by default. Learn how to create holidays on our dashboard below :

1\. Click \> **MORE**

2\. Select \> **INSTITUTE**

3\. Click \> **HOLIDAY**

4\. Here, you will be able to see all the holidays in the current year.

To amend or add a public holiday, click \> **ADD HOLIDAY**

5\. Fill in the new holiday title.

6\. Choose a date for the new holiday.

7\. Click **ADD** to confirm and save.

8\. Newly added holiday will be in light green color.

**Click on newly added holiday to assign to doctors and services.**

9\. Check the boxes to assign newly added holiday to relevant doctors and services.

**Note : Use the \[SELECT ALL\] and \[UNSELECT ALL\] for bulk action \> click \[Save\]**
