# How to download Appointment and Walk-in Report?

## Below are the steps on how to retrieve Appointment and Walk in report in EncoreMed Dashboard.

This report will generate :

Patient name, PRN/MRN, IC, Country Code, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, Type, Code, Label Name, Visit, Visit Type, Created date time, Appointment date time, Arrived date time, Consulting date time, End date time, Status.

 

1\. On Dashboard \> click **More \> Statistic**

2.  Choose **Appt & Walkin Excel**

3.  Select your preferred **Date** \> click **Go**

**Kindly ensure you have the Admin access to extract this report, for required access you may request from your respective IT team or existing admin.**
