Effective starting 1st February 2023, the pricing per SMS under Encore Med system is increased. Kindly find the FAQ below :
| 1 | Which Telco will be increasing price for SMS Services? | The price increment applies to all Telco |
| 2 | When did the increased price took place? | Since last year each Telco has been increasing price separately |
| 3 | How much is the Telco charge for each SMS send? | Previously, a standard charge of RM 0.072 is applicable for all Malaysian Telco. However since last year, each Telco has increased the price separately and the standard charge is no longer applicable |
| 4 | Is they any special or package price for hospital or group? | We are just a service partner. We have no control over the price increased by Telco and we have not received any package price offered from Telco. |
| 5 | Who is your present vendor or Telco provider/s? | Macrokiosk |
| 6 | Would you explore other vendors? | We had explored other alternative and Macrokiosk is still the most competitive vendor in Malaysia. |
| 7 | Can we change to Whatsapp? | We had explored whatsapp as an alternative but the price quote is higher than SMS. |
