End of Support (EOS) for iPad Kiosk, Raspberry Pi 3 & 4 (Queue Display Processor Unit) |

The purpose of this memorandum is to notify all Encore Med’s clients, Encore Med’s software support for iPad Kiosk and Raspberry Pi 3 & 4 will end on 30 September 2023.
What end of support means for you?
From 1 October 2023 onwards, the above mentioned devices will still function, but Encore Med will no longer provide the following services:
- Troubleshooting and technical support for any hardware/ software issue relating to these devices
- Software updates for the devices
- Security updates or fixes for the devices
What is the next step you could take?
- If your institute currently has iPad kiosk and / or Raspberry Pi 3 & 4 in use with Encore Med’s products, please provide the inventory to our EncoreMed Client Success team by filling up this form: Data Collection Form
- Encore Med’s Sales team will communicate the alternative hardware substitution and expected lead time for procurement with you after we received the information.
