How to allow or edit same doctor appointment limit?

If you received a feedback from your patient that they are unable to make multiple appointments under the same doctor, you might want to check on this setting.

Your patient might try to make a second or third appointment in the app to plot a year scheduled appointments, but encountered the error below :

Please follow these steps to enable to making multiple appointments :

 

1. Go to the Doctors page and search doctors name then click on the doctor name

2. Click > setting and change the same doctor appointment limit
Note : 1 means patient can only booked 1 appointment time)

Kindly advise the patient to book an appointment via :

  • Web browser
  • Mobile application
  • Mobile web application  
  • Please make sure that you have the role to access the Doctor settings in Encore Med back office. 
  • Any changes made should have a mutual agreement & acknowledgement between the Doctor, the department and the hospital internal management.
