Below are the steps on how to retrieve Appointment and Walk in report in EncoreMed Dashboard.
This report will generate :
Patient name, PRN/MRN, IC, Country Code, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, Type, Code, Label Name, Visit, Visit Type, Created date time, Appointment date time, Arrived date time, Consulting date time, End date time, Status.
1. On Dashboard > click More > Statistic
2. Choose Appt & Walkin Excel
3. Select your preferred Date > click Go
Kindly ensure you have the Admin access to extract this report, for required access you may request from your respective IT team or existing admin.
