If you experience some difficulties with our printer, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below :
Probable cause : Main personal computer (PC) have a set up error changing the printer local IP. You may change by following steps below.
1. My account > Kiosk setting > Turn on > Printer Local IP
2. Kiosk Settings
3. Turn On or Enable
4. Printer Local IP
Alternative workaround :
- Open this URL on chrome:
[chrome://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure] - Inside the input section under “Insecure origins treated as secure”, write the URL that you are accessing. [insert http://encoremed.io or their respective institute IP address]
- Set the option to Enabled.
- Click Relaunch button at the bottom to restart Chrome.
- Open the Encore Med (EM) dashboard again and retry the printer.
