EncoreMed printer is not working, what can I do?

If you experience some difficulties with our printer, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below :

Probable cause : Main personal computer (PC) have a set up error changing the printer local IP. You may change by following steps below. 

1. My account > Kiosk setting > Turn on > Printer Local IP

3. Turn On or Enable

4. Printer Local IP


Alternative workaround : 

  1. Open this URL on chrome:
    [chrome://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure]
  2. Inside the input section under “Insecure origins treated as secure”, write the URL that you are accessing.  [insert http://encoremed.io or their respective institute IP address]
  3. Set the option to Enabled.
  4. Click Relaunch button at the bottom to restart Chrome.
  5. Open the Encore Med (EM) dashboard again and retry the printer.
